More Reliable Worm Gear Product for Material Handling Conveyors
Heavy chain drive on Material handling conveyors is being replaced by Direct-mount, worm gear speed reducer, Model CFA700. It is interchangeable with standard 2- and 4- bolt mounted bearings. The adapter gets attached to the existing side rails. Hence conveyor redesign is not needed. Vibration and noise are contained as a result of rubber mounted pads and bushing. PosiVent Pressure Equalization System eliminates the need for conventional pressure vents. The OSHA end cap cover helps to limit exposure to moving parts in the aisle.
